It's at one of the dog parks. Not the dakota one. There is another set of initials there too that I will probably take a picture of some other time.
Since the woods where this dog park are, used to be sort of a hang out for kids, I'm sure that's where they came from. I think it's a place where they used to smoke and drink.

tree carvings are always an interesting sidenote to the balance of society and nature.
