Happy Halloween!
Saw a lot of costumes today, even saw a few dogs in costumes at the dog park.
Had great weather for Halloween this year. We took out the window to the front door for ease of handing out candy. Sam had a great time greeting all the trick or treaters by jumping up and hanging out the front door and scaring a few.

Went to the Walker tonight and walked around the sculpture garden beforehand. There is some neat things inside the Walker and some strange things too. We, my sister and I, got to see an albino penguin in some movie. Not sure what the movie was about though. Some guy was setting up a light that pulsed, then the penguin came waddling out and made a squawking noise. Then we left to look at more art. It was a fun night.

Earlier in the day my main monitor blew up. So if any of the colors seem off on my photos, it's probably because I'm using a very old monitor. Wont be getting a new one any time soon either. Let me know if you see something that doesn't look correct.

Took this and forgot I had the tungsten white balance setting on from last night. I thought it looked neat.

This afternoon I was sitting outside and Sam(my dog) was looking up in the trees at squirrels like she usually does. Well one, after a long time of being stuck in the tree, felt like it needed to jump to another tree and get out of there. Well it jumped and it missed the branch and fell about 2 stories. Imagine how far that would be if you were as small as a squirrel. It hit the ground hard with a loud thunk. Sam took off after it and it jumped up and ran right up the tree it just fell out of and then jumped over to the power lines and off to home. I thought once it fell it wasn't going to get up. Not sure how it survived that.

Went to a Minnesota Wild preseason game tonight with my sister. We had tickets six rows up from the ice, it was great. Wild ended up winning 3-2 against the Sabres. Though they did lose the goalie Josh Harding during the win. He got hit in the eye when one of the wild defenseman's stick was lifted up and somehow slipped through Harding's cage. Hope it's not serious. There wasn't any blood, but it looked bad.

I ended up taking about 166 pictures, some good and lots of bad ones. What are you going to do when all you have is a little point and shoot camera. Then you have all those creases in the glass where two pieces come together. Made some okay pictures look not so okay. Not much you can do though. Still had a lot of fun trying.
