Is the large white spot in the right corner distracting?
In other news, I had a dream last night that I was camping in Hopkins, in a large cabin. With 23 or so people. I could cloak myself and go invisible like a spy in Team Fortress 2. While I was cloaked Ben Stiller fell face first in front of me and went to sleep.
This picture is f'ing sweet. No the light is not distracting at all...i think it makes the picture better. A good contrast. By the way you need to clean...holy spiderwebs. ha. Kris you have the sweetest dreams EVER! Im jealous. And yes Povertee does a little of a new sound. ill send you a sample next time i see you online....
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat.
ReplyDeleteHaha, yeah, the spiderwebs are on some lawn chairs that are never used outside in a corner. That and I swear we have 3000 spiders outside. I go out there at night and you can see them crawling all over the ground.
Awesome about the music. It should be fun to see what you came up with.
i also love this picture. what a killer web.
ReplyDeletei would also say that the white light is a great addition to the composition. i didnt really pay much attention to it until i read it, i was focused on the web.
haha dad probably feeds the spiders secretly.. just like every other living creature that comes across his lawn. Wasn't there a fox back there at one point??
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure about the white spot because a lot of people say that your eyes tend to go to the brightest spot in a photo. It looked good to me when I took it, but I wasn't sure how other people would see it.
Haha, Kelsey. I can't remember a fox being in the backyard. But I do remember seeing one running down the street once. In the backyard I've seen, flying squirrels, gray squirrels, albino squirrels, red squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, mice, giant months, lots of birds, a hawk, bunnies, and a opossum. I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
I agree, the white spot creates nice contrast and a source for the light shining through the webs. Are those leaves or bugs on the webs?
ReplyDeleteI think they were seed shells. It was either that or leaves. I don't remember seeing any bugs.
ReplyDeletewow...this one is really cool as well...if I ever get married, I'm paying YOU to take my pics!! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle. I'm not sure I could do a wedding! I might have a nervous breakdown!
