Rainy today.
I'm not sure how it happens, but whenever we walk down the bike path Sam finds a way to get burs all over her legs. Today she had about 20 or so on her two front legs. It's not like she's walking through tall grass. She's walking through normal length grass.

Possibly the start of a spring theme for the week. Seeing how I have no one to answer to, I can change it up if it's not going so well. But a spring theme is the plan for now.

Here is the last picture for Emma week. It was a fun theme for the week. I like the pictures I got this week, but I think they could be a lot better. It's hard to get a variety of shots when she doesn't do much other than sleep in the same spot.

This week I might do a theme of Spring or I might not do a theme this week. I'll see what I feel like tomorrow. Either way I'm sure I'll have some kind of spring pictures this week.

Thanks for the nice comments. I agree with Billy, cats are very hard to photograph. The last two days haven't been so bad because I have let Emma do whatever she wants to do and then try to get something from that.
Yeah Kelsey, Emma was laying on the middle of the blanket. I got lucky that she was sitting there and also that she didn't move. Sometimes she gets sick of me and takes off or she will come right up to the camera.

Thanks for the comments on the last photo. It was actually pretty hard to get a good shot of Emma with the hat on. She moves around so much and I had to hold the hat on her head with my free hand. It was fun to do though and I like the picture.

A week of Emma photos it is. I thought that it would be easy to take photos of her, but it's harder than taking photos of hyper Sam. At least with Sam I can get her to sit and wait or she settles down and lays there. Emma keeps moving around, looking this way and that, eating food, and sticking her nose in the camera lens.

Matt, good idea on the seven deadly sins. I think that would be fun to do, but it might be hard to do for this blog. It's difficult and frustrating taking pictures of myself and I also don't like being in photos. So I would need somebody else to be in them. Taking their photo every day for seven days in a row. I could try with out people in it, but that would be boring I bet. I find my photos boring already, ha, and that's because the lack of people in them I think.
